Once again, welcome to our class blog! The blog is a place for you to discuss your thoughts about our class reading and activities. We will visit the computer lab, as a class on a regular basis. Characters

Do you think all of the characters in the story are realistic and believable? Are there any characters that are more believable than others?

I think that the characters in the book are believable because there are people in thew society that want to work hard to try to make themselves better and get a place of their own. I beleive george is more believable because he is dedicated to getting the little farm by working hard to get the money.

I agree with Brett and Stephen.

Yes the characters are believable because there are people in this world today who are mentally challenged, have dreams, and kill people.

i agree. i think the characters are believable because there are people like this in the real world. there are people who are mentally challenged, people who are insecure and people who think they are the center of everything. everyone has problems and everyone has imperfections. its what makes people people and thats what we see in Of Mice and Men.

I ABSOLUTELY agree with Ana. There are people in this world who kill people. Also there are people who have a mental or physical disability. Then, like everyone has dreams and want something more.

i think that the characters in the book are believable because they are everyday people that work hard everyday. They aren't rich they work to just get by. I think that George is the more believable because he wants the dream to come true and he is dedicated to it. He wants to have a better life for lennie and himself.

I believe all characters in the book are believable. The characters are just like us who try to live in ordanary life in this normal world. Many people have their own objectives in life and some never want to demolish their dreams since their dreams are part of their objective that they want to accomplish or to make into reality.

I agree with indy because in the book all the characters tryed to live a happy life even if they didn't have much. They lived as normal as they could in this world.

I agree with marissa because if you look at the way some of the characters are they are like everyday people.

I agree with stephen because there are many people who work there whole life for a dream and work very hard like George and Lennie. I think Curley is the most believable character because there are many people who don't understand those who are diffrent.

I think that all the characters in this story are believable because they are just like the every day people. Every day someone is being put down because of their disablities. Like people that are enable to walk are not thought of over the people tha have legs. Or back in the old days black poeple were the ones who were put down because of their color. Still today some poeple still believe in slavery. I agree with stephen because many people try to get others to see they are as good as the other people that are white or have legs.

I agree one hundred percent with Victoria. Yes all characters in the book are believeable. Each character has their own flaws. There are people who think they are better than everyone else, and people who work hard to persue a dream or goal, and people like Lennie who just want to be with someone and the things that make him happy the most.
